用于建筑节能的半透明光伏组件性能研究

摘要:非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池凭借其薄膜特性、综合发电能力强、与玻璃结合外观漂亮等优点,在BIPV领域有着广阔的发展空间。尤其是透光组件的出现为光伏建筑的发展增添了新品种,其半透明性不仅可以满足建筑采光的需求,同时与建筑的结合更为紧密。研究在一定环境下,彩色细线条透光组件和背电极透光组件的发电性能。结果表明,在晴天直射强光和阴天弱散射光环境下,彩色细线条透光组件的发电量远高于背电极透光组件的发电量。

Study on the performance of semi-transparent photovoltaic modules for building energy conservation

Abstract:The amorphous silicon thin film solar cell has a broad development space in the field of BIPV because of its film characteristics,strong comprehensive power generation ability and beautiful glass appearance. In particular,the emergence of translucent components has injected fresh blood into the development of photovoltaic buildings. Its translucency can not only meet the needs of building lighting,but also means closer integration with architecture. The research will test the power generation performance of color fine line translucent components and backlight transmittance components under certain conditions. The experiment shows that the power generation of the color thin line transmittance component is much higher than that of the back electrode in the light and cloudy light scattering light environment.
