磷石膏-水泥-聚苯颗粒保温板的制备与性能

摘要:在140 ℃、0.5 MPa下蒸养4 h,将磷石膏脱水得到半水石膏,并利用脱水后的磷石膏、水泥和聚苯颗粒,制备了磷石膏-水泥-聚苯颗粒保温板。试验结果表明,磷石膏-水泥复合胶凝材料中水泥和柠檬酸缓凝剂的最佳掺量分别为9%和0.8%。磷石膏-水泥-聚苯颗粒保温板制备的最佳发泡剂掺量为5%,最佳胶聚比为27.56,制备的磷石膏-水泥-聚苯颗粒保温板的抗压强度为0.36 MPa,导热系数为0.078 W/(m·K),放射性符合GB 6566—2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》的要求。

Preparation and properties of phosphogypsum-cement-polybenzene particles insulation board

Abstract:When curing temperature is 140 ℃ and pressure is 0.5 MPa,after 4 h curing, phosphogypsum is transformed into hemihydrate gypsum. This paper utilized the hemihydrate gypsum, cement and polystyrene particles prepared phosphogypsum-cement-polystyrene particles insulation board. The results show that the optimal content of cement and citric acid retarder for phosphogypsum-cement composite cementing material is 9% and 0.8%,respectively. The optimal foaming agent content of phosphogypsum cement polybenzene particle insulation board is 5%. The optimal cementing material/polybenzene particles was 27.56. The compressive strength of the prepared phosphogypsum cement polybenzene particle insulation board was 0.36 MPa,and the thermal conductivity was 0.078 W/(m·K). The radioactivity of phosphogypsum-cement-polybenzene particle insulation board meets the requirements of GB 6566—2010 "Limit of Radio nuclides for Building Materials".
