常压复合法制备SiO2气凝胶玻纤针刺毡保温材料

    摘要:将SiO2气凝胶粉体与改性剂、稳定剂、粘结剂复合制备成气凝胶料浆,通过喷涂工艺与玻纤针刺毡复合,然后进行长玻纤加固处理,得到气凝胶玻纤针刺毡。研究了SiO2气凝胶粉体掺量、改性剂、稳定剂、气凝胶喷涂层数对气凝胶玻纤针刺毡导热系数的影响。在最佳配比下,气凝胶玻纤针刺毡的导热系数为0.025 W/(m·K)。

Preparation of silica aerogel fiber felt insulation materials by atmospheric pressure composite method

    Abstract:Aerogel slurry was prepared by compounding SiO2 aerogel powder with modifiers,stabilizers and binders,and then combined with fiber needled felt by spraying process,and then reinforced with long fibers to obtain aerogel fiber needle felt. The influence of SiO2 aerogel powder content,modifier,stabilizer and aerogel spraying layer on thermal conductivity of aerogel fiber felt was investigated. Under the optimum ratio,the thermal conductivity of aerogel fiber felt is 0.025 W/(m·K).
