大型盾构隧道内部结构清水混凝土研究与应用

    摘要:针对清水混凝土容易产生表观瑕疵、色差、气泡、裂缝等问题,为达到混凝土高质量清水效果,采取优化混凝土配合比设计、材料优选、完善工艺环节、加强施工质量等措施,开展配比参数调整、胶材选择、使用新型功能材料等工作,并进行模拟验证。通过胶凝体系的外掺料调整,并对骨料颗粒级配进行合理调整搭配,适量使用功能性材料降低混凝土稠度,取得了较为理想的混凝土清水效果。研究成果可为清水混凝土的进一步拓展研究提供依据。

Study and application of fair-faced concrete in large shield tunnel

    Abstract:In order to achieve high quality of concrete,measures such as optimizing concrete mix proportion design,optimizing material selection,perfecting technological links and strengthening construction quality are taken to solve the problems of concrete prone to appearance defects,color difference,bubbles and cracks. The work of adjusting mixing parameters,choosing cementitious materials and using new functional materials and the simulation verification was carried out. By adjusting the admixture of the cementitious system and adjusting the aggregate particle size distribution reasonably,proper use of functional materials to reduce the consistency of concrete,the ideal fair-faced concrete effect has been achieved.
