废水泥浆球磨时间探求及其对混凝土拌合物性能的影响

    摘要:研究了废水泥浆干燥后的粉体的化学成分、最佳球磨时间、粒度分布以及掺入胶砂和混凝土后对流动度和强度的影响。结果表明,10 min是比较适合的一个球磨时间;胶砂中掺入少量的废水泥浆能略微改善流动性和强度;混凝土中掺入少量的废水泥浆能改善其和易性,对强度影响不大,可以将其当作掺合料使用。

Exploration of milling time of waste slurry and its effect on the performance of concrete mixture

    Abstract:The chemical composition,optimum milling time,particle size distribution of the powder after drying of the waste cement slurry and the effects on the fluidity and strength after the incorporation of the mortar and concrete were studied. The result shows that 10 min is a suitable milling time;the addition of a small amount of waste slurry to the mortar can slightly improve its fluidity and strength;adding a small amount of waste slurry to concrete can improve its workability,while affecting little on its strength;the waste slurry can be used as a blending material.
