磷酸基团改性聚羧酸减水剂对硫酸盐适应性改善效果

    摘要:为系统探究磷酸基团改性聚羧酸减水剂对硫酸盐适应性的改善效果及作用规律,合成了一系列不同取代方式及取代比例的磷酸基团改性聚合物,通过结构表征、吸附量及流动度测试、屈服应力拟合,研究其在硫酸盐环境下的吸附-分散作用规律。结果表明,具有较多负电荷和较强Ca2+络合作用的磷酸基团能有效降低SO42-的竞争吸附,改善聚羧酸减水剂的硫酸盐适应性问题,其中以等物质的量取代的磷酸基团改性聚合物的硫酸盐适应性为最优。

Improvement effect of phosphate-modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer on sulfate adaptability

    Abstract:In order to systematically explore the improvement effect and mechanism of phosphate-modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer on sulfate adaptability,a series of phosphate-modified polymers with different substitution modes and different substitution ratios were synthesized. The adsorption-dispersion law in the sulfate environment was investigated by structural characterization,adsorption amount and fluidity measurement and yield stress fitting. And the results show that the phosphate group with more negative charges and stronger Ca2+ complexation could effectively reduce the competitive adsorption of SO42-,and significantly improve the sulfate adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Especially the phosphate-modified polymer substituted by equimolar number had excellent sulfate adaptability.
