反射隔热真石漆的制备及其性能研究

摘要：在普通真石漆配方的基础上，通过添加高反射性颜填料及陶瓷微珠，制备了反射隔热真石漆，并对其反射性能、隔热性能及涂料基本性能进行了测试。结果表明，所制备反射隔热真石漆的反射性能和隔热性能均优于同色系的普通真石漆，且涂料的基本性能均能优于JG/T 24—2018《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》要求。

Study on preparation and properties of reflective insulation stone-paint

Abstract：Reflective heat-insulating true stone paint was prepared by adding high reflective pigments，fillers and ceramic beads on the basis of the formula of ordinary true stone paint. Its reflective performance，heat-insulating performance and basic performance of the paint were tested. The results showed that the reflective and heat-insulating properties of the prepared stone-paint were better than those of the common stone-paint of the same color system. And the basic properties of the paint were better than those of the index requirements in standard JG/T 24-2018 "Sand Textured Building Coatings Based on Synthetic Resin Emulsion".
