TiO2/Cu-TiO2复合材料的制备及其对甲醛降解性能的研究

    摘要:采用水热合成法和混合法制备了TiO2/Cu-TiO2复合材料,在紫外光照射下,以光催化降解甲醛气体为探针反应,研究了该复合材料的光催化活性,对所制备样品的相组成、结构、形貌和光谱性质进行分析表征。结果表明:TiO2/Cu-TiO2复合材料能够有效阻止电子-空穴对的复合,比纯TiO2和Cu-TiO2具有更高的光催化活性;当m(0.5%Cu-TiO2)∶m(TiO2)=7.7∶100时,所制备的TiO2/Cu-TiO2复合材料对甲醛的降解性能最佳。

Preparation of TiO2/Cu-TiO2 composites and performances of degradation for pormaldehyde

    Abatract:TiO2/Cu-TiO2 composite catalysts were prepared by mixing hydrothermal-derived TiO2 and Cu-TiO2 powders. The photocatalytic activity of the composite catalysts was evaluated by degradation of formaldehyde gas as the probe reaction under UV irradiation. The composition,structure,morphology and spectral properties of the composite catalysts were investigated. The results show that the composite catalysts exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than that of both Cu-TiO2 and pure TiO2 powders,which is mainly ascribed to the inhibition of electron-recombination in composite catalysts. When m(0.5%Cu-TiO2)∶m(TiO2)=7.7∶100,the prepared TiO2/Cu-TiO2 composite had the best degration of formaldehyde.
