负载纳米TiO2含砂雾封层材料光催化降解NO2试验研究

    摘要:为解决汽车尾气带来的城市环境污染问题,研究了以含砂雾封层为载体负载光触媒材料的新型功能型路面降解尾气功效及其功能的耐久性。结果表明:将纳米TiO2以含砂雾封层形式涂覆在沥青混合料试件表面具有良好的光催化性能,降解效果与水基涂覆基本相同,但水基涂覆的耐久性较差;掺入式在相同添加量条件下的降解效果不明显。雾封层式防水性能较好,动稳定度、摆值(BPN)及构造深度略微降低,但均符合JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求,路用性能良好。

Experimental study on NO2 photocatalytic degradation on sand fog seal with nano TiO2

    Abstract:In order to solve the urban environmental pollution problem caused by automobile exhaust gas,the degrading effect and the durability of the new functional pavement with the sand-foam seal as the carrier loaded with photocatalyst material were studied. The results show that the nano-TiO2 coating on the surface of the asphalt mixture with the sand-foam seal has good photocatalytic performance. The degradation effect is basically the same as that of water-based coating,but the durability of the water-based coating is poor. The degradation effect of the incorporation was not significant under the same amount of addition. In terms of road performance,the fog seal layer has better waterproof performance,and the dynamic stability,pendulum value and structural depth are slightly reduced,but still within the scope of the requirement in JTG F40-2004 “Technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavements” which proves that the road performance is good.
