预拌固化土的原理及工程应用前景

    摘要:阐述了固化土及预拌固化土的概念、岩土固化剂的开发与配制原则,指出了预拌固化土是一种质量可控、低强度、绿色环保的新型岩土工程材料,总结了预拌流态固化土的抗压强度、抗渗性能、收缩等基本性能,论述了预拌固化土可以显著节省人工成本,能够协同处置工程泥浆在内的渣土类建筑垃圾、低品质工业固废等大宗固废,可用于管廊等市政工程的填筑、临时地坪硬化、道路工程和地基工程等。可以预见,预拌固化土作为一种性能优良、绿色环保的新型工程材料,因其强大的包容性和广泛的适应性,具有广阔的应用前景,将成为“无废城市”的一个配套性解决方案。

Principle of ready-mixed solidified soil and its prospects for engineering application

    Abstract:Expounding the concepts of solidified soil and ready-mixed solidified soil,the development as well as mixing principle of geotechnical curing agent,this literature points out that ready-mixed solidified soil is a new geo-material with controllable quality,low strength and green environment protection,while summarizes its basic performance such as compressive strength,impermeability and shrinkage characteristics. At the same time,it is discussed that the application of ready-mixed solidified soil in backfilling of pipe gallery of municipal engineering,hardening of temporary floor,road engineering and foundation engineering could save the labor cost obviously and assist to handle large-scale solid waste such as muck construction waste and low-grade industrial solid waste. And it can be predicted that due to its strong inclusiveness and wide adaptability,ready-mixed solidified soil,as a new type of engineering material with excellent performance and green environmental protection,will become the key to supporting solution for "waste-free city".
