碱性调节剂对磷石膏基石膏砂浆性能的影响

    摘要:针对水泥、Ca(OH)2、NaOH三种不同碱性调节剂对磷石膏基石膏砂浆凝结时间、水化热、力学强度和软化系数等性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在初始pH值相同条件下,掺加水泥会提高石膏砂浆的软化系数,但会使终凝时间偏长;掺加Ca(OH)2的石膏砂浆凝结时间最佳,力学强度最高;掺加NaOH的石膏砂浆初凝时间偏短,力学强度最差,软化系数减小。综合凝结时间、水化热、强度和软化系数考虑,在磷石膏基石膏砂浆中加入Ca(OH)2来调节pH值是比较好的选择,此时石膏砂浆的初终凝时间分别为82、112 min,抗压、抗折、抗拉强度分别为4.68、2.33、0.47 MPa,软化系数为0.40。

Effect of alkaline agent on properties of phosphogypsum mortar

    Abstract:When cement,Ca(OH)2 and NaOH was added into phosphogypsum mortar separately,the effects on setting time,hydration heat,mechanical strength and softening coefficient were studied. The results show that:under the same initial pH value,cement greatly improved softening coefficient but substantially extended the final setting time of phosphogypsum mortar;phosphogypsum mortar had the best setting time and mechanical strength when using Ca(OH)2 to adjusting the slurry pH value;When NaOH was added,the initial setting time of phosphogypsum mortar was not long enough,its mechanical strength was the worst and its softening coefficient was reduced. Therefore,in terms of setting time,hydration heat,mechanical strength and softening coefficient,Ca(OH)2 was a best choice to adjust the phosphogypsum mortar pH value. In this way,the initial setting of phosphogypsum mortar was 82 min,the final setting was 112 min,the compressive strength was 4.68 MPa,the flexural strength was 2.33 MPa,the tensile strength was 0.47 MPa,and the softening coefficient was 0.40.
