低收缩灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板的制备

    摘要:从干燥收缩的机理出发,通过改变墙板混凝土微观孔结构、减小孔溶液表面张力2个方面进行低干燥收缩墙板的研究。主要研究了养护制度、内掺及喷洒减缩剂、碳化处理等单一措施及复合措施对墙板干燥收缩的影响。结果表明:快蒸养护、慢蒸养护、掺减缩剂、碳化处理、养护与碳化复合、减缩剂与碳化复合均能降低墙板的干缩值,其中效果最好的是后2种复合措施,减缩幅度分别达36%和40%。

Preparation of low shrinkage hollow concrete wallboard contained solid wastes for partition wall

    Abstract:Based on the mechanism of drying shrinkage,the study of low drying shrinkage wallboard was carried out by changing the micro pore structure and reducing the pore solution surface tension of concrete. The effects of single factor and coupling factors on the dry shrinkage of wallboards,such as curing regime,addition and spraying shrinkage reducing agent,carbonation treatment were mainly studied. The results showed that quick and slow steaming curing regime,shrinkage reducing agent,carbonation treatment,coupling of steaming and carbonation,and coupling of shrinkage reducing agent and carbonation can reduce the dry shrinkage value of wallboard. Especially the last two coupling measures,the shrinkage-reducing amplitude is 36% and 40% respectively.
