北京某居住项目地下空间防水设计与施工

摘要：北京密云县十里堡镇双并村北侧居住项目地下空间防水设计采用1.5 mm厚丁基橡塑防水涂料+1.5 mm厚丁基橡塑防水卷材，伸缩缝、施工缝、后浇带等节点部位采用缝不漏建筑止水材料。系统介绍了该防水构造的特点、选材、施工和细部节点处理方法。

Waterproof design and construction of underground space of a residential project in Beijing

Abstract：The underground space waterproof design of a residential project on the north side of Shuangbin Village，Shilibao Town，Miyun County uses 1.5 mm thick butyl rubber waterproof coating +1.5 mm thick butyl rubber waterproofing membrane. Expansion joint，construction joint，post-casting belt and other joint parts use seam-tight building water stop material. This paper systematically introduces the characteristics of the waterproof structure, material selection, construction and detailed node processing methods.
