高强度建筑疏水材料的制备及其应用

    摘要:采用环氧树脂为基础涂层,以纳米氧化铝构造粗糙度,然后以聚二甲基硅氧烷为低表面能物质对Al2O3/环氧树脂超疏水涂层进行浸涂,制备Al2O3/环氧树脂超疏水涂层;探讨Al2O3/环氧树脂超疏水涂层的耐热老化稳定性、耐酸碱性、耐溶剂性、冻融稳定性和机械稳定性,用Cassie理论对表面的润湿性讲行分析。结果表明:所制备的Al2O3/环氧树脂超疏水涂层水接触角达到156.7°,滚动角为4.9°;该超疏水涂层在经过高温、强酸、强碱溶液和有机溶剂处理后均能保持超疏水性,此外,该超疏水涂层也具有优异的机械性能,在经过水冲、刀划、胶带剥离和水煮30个摩擦循环后仍具有超疏水性。

Preparation and application of high strength building hydrophobic materials

    Abstract:Al2O3/epoxy resin super-hydrophobic coatings was prepared using epoxy resin as adhesive,nano-alumina for constructing roughness and polydimethylsiloxane as low surface energy material. The thermal aging stability,acid-alkali resistance,solvent resistance,freeze stability and mechanical stability of Al2O3/epoxy resin super-hydrophobic coatings were tested. The Cassie theory was used to analyze the wettability of the surface. The results show that the coatings present a water contact angle of 156.7° and a sliding angle of 4.9°. The super-hydrophobic coatings could also maintain their super-hydrophobic performance after undergoing a series of chemical durability tests including high temperature,a wide pH range and organic solvents. Especially,the resulting coatings have ultra-high mechanical robustness under very harsh conditions and can resist abrasion for 30 cycles with sandpaper. They also perform well under water-drip,knife-scratch,tape stripping and boiling water.
