水玻璃对大流动度磷酸钾镁水泥浆体性能的影响

    摘要:通过测试磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)净浆流动度、强度变化、水化温度变化、体积变形、耐水性和微观形貌,研究了水玻璃对大流动性MKPC净浆物理力学性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明:水玻璃溶液能在保持MKPC快硬早强的基础上大幅增加流动度,并能提高硬化体强度,使结构更加致密,耐水性改善。

Effect of sodium silicate on the performance of high fluidity potassium and magnesium phosphate cement paste

    Abstract:This paper investigated the influence of sodium silicate on the mechanical and physical performarnce and microstructure of high fluidity potassium and magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC) through testing its paste fluidity,strength,temperature change,volume deformation,water resistance and micromorphology. The results indicated that water glass solution can greatly increase the fluidity of MKPC without losing the characteristics of fast hardening and early strength,at the same time,it can increase strength,make the structure denser and improve the water resistance.
