早强型水泥基灌浆料的试验研究

    摘要:水泥基灌浆料以水泥、矿物掺合料为主要胶凝材料,与外加剂(减水剂、膨胀剂、早强剂、消泡剂等)、微细集料和合适级配的砂等加水搅拌混合后制成,具有大流态、很高的后期强度和微膨胀等特点。通过调整普通硅酸盐水泥以及矿物掺合料不同比例,以硫代硫酸钠、元明粉及纯碱为早强剂,成功配制出具有大流态、较好早强效果的水泥基灌浆料。试验结果表明:随着普通硅酸盐水泥掺量的增加,初始及30 min流动度呈现下降趋势,浆体越来越粘稠,当普通硅酸盐水泥掺量由30%增加到55%时,初始流动度损失13%,30 min流动度损失27%;当普通硅酸盐水泥掺量为40%~45%时,水泥基灌浆料各项性能指标较佳。

Experimental study on an early strength cement-based grouting material

    Abstract:Cement based grouting material was prepared by taking cement and mineral admixtures as the main cementing material,mixing with additives (water reducing agent,expansion agent,early strength agent,and defoaming agent),micro aggregate and sand with appropriate gradation, having the characteristics of high flow and very high later-phase strength and micro expansion. Through adjusting the different proportion of ordinary Portland cement and mineral admixture,with sodium thiosulfate,sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate as early strength agent,cement based grouting material with large flow and good early strength was prepared. The test results show that with Portland cement content increasing,the initial fluidity and fluidity of 30 min showed a downward trend,becoming more and more viscous. When the content of ordinary Portland cement is from 30% to 55%,the initial fluidity loss is 13%,and the 30 min fluidity loss is 27%. When the content of Portland cement is 40%~45%,the performance index of cement based grouting material is the best.
