发泡水泥的制备及其物理力学性能研究

摘要:研究了搅拌水温及改性增强材料(乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维和膨胀蛭石)对发泡水泥物理力学性能的影响。综合分析孔径结构及抗压、抗折强度,提出了设计密度为250 kg/m3普硅发泡水泥的适宜搅拌水温,以及胶粉、聚丙烯纤维和膨胀蛭石的最优掺量。

Experimental study on preparation and physical and mechanical properties of foam cement

Abstract:The effects of mixing water temperature and external reinforcing materials(rubber powder,polypropylene fiber and expanded vermiculite) on the physical and mechanical properties of foamed cement were studied emphatically through experiments. Considering the pore size structure,compressive strength and flexural strength, the optimum mixing water temperature and the optimum mixing amount of rubber powder,polypropylene fiber and expanded vermiculite for 250 kg/m3 foamed silica cement were proposed.
