水泥基渗透结晶材料渗透深度研究

摘要:水泥基渗透结晶材料具有使混凝土致密、防水的特点,能够改善水泥基材料的耐久性并延长其使用寿命。通过X射线荧光光谱分析和扫描电镜能谱分析,测试水泥基渗透结晶材料在不同深度的元素分布及含量变化,由此判断该材料在水泥基材料中的渗透深度。结果表明,不同渗透结晶材料在水泥基体中形成的结晶物质形态、分布不尽相同,且对基体的力学性能有一定的提高。

Study on penetration depth of cement-based permeated crystalline materials

Abstract:The cement-based permeable crystalline material can make the concrete dense and waterproof,which can improve the durability of the cement-based material and prolong its service life. X-ray fluorescence analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis were used to determine the element distribution and content change of cement-based permeated crystalline materials at different depths,thereby determining the penetration depth in the cement-based material. The results show that the morphology and distribution of different crystalline products in the cement matrix are not the same,and the mechanical properties of the matrix are improved.
