不同类型聚合物乳液防水涂料性能研究

摘要：聚合物防水涂料主要包括聚合物水泥防水涂料和聚合物乳液防水涂料。从干膜吸水率、力学性能、耐水性能、热处理及耐老化性能等方面对比了聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液（VAE）和苯丙乳液在2种聚合物防水涂料中的性能差异。结果表明：VAE聚合物水泥防水涂料具有良好的浸水及热处理性能；聚合物乳液（丙烯酸体系）防水涂料在耐老化性能方面表现优异。可为实际应用中选择合适的防水涂料提供参考。

Study on performances of different types of polymer in waterproofing coatings

Abstract：Polymer waterproof coatings mainly include polymer cement waterproof coating and polymer emulsion waterproof coating. The effects of VAE and acrylic acid emulsion waterproof coating types on water absorption，mechanical properties，water resistance，heat treatment and aging resistance were studied in this article. The results showed that the VAE polymer cement waterproof coating have outstanding performance in water immersion and heat treatment，the Polymer emulsion（acrylic acid） waterproof
coating has excellent performance in aging resistance. It provides a theoretical basis for selecting suitable waterproof coatings in practical application.
