水下结构加固环氧复合灌浆料性能及施工工艺研

摘要:研究了一种水下结构加固工艺:先安装套筒再进行复合灌浆料灌注的方法进行施工。该方法有施工工艺简单,工期短,施工难度小,环氧复合灌浆料与原结构表面结合度高等优点。通过在干燥、淡水和人造海水3种不同环境下的修补试验,发现水下修补复合灌浆料在不同环境下对基材都有良好的修复效果;论述了施工工艺流程,施工物资准备、施工质量保证措施,可为水下结构加固修复施工提供经验借鉴。

Study on performance and construction technology of epoxy composite grouting material for 
underwater maintenance and reinforcement

Abstract:An underwater structure reinforcement process was studied. The construction method is to first install a sleeve and then perform a composite grouting. The method has the advantages of simple construction process,short construction period,small construction difficulty,high bonding degree of the epoxy composite grouting material and the original structure surface. Through the repair tests under three different environments of drying,fresh water and artificial seawater,it is found that the underwater repair composite grouting material have good repairing effect to the substrates under different environments. The construction process,construction material preparation and construction quality assurance measures of this technology are also discussed,which provides experience for underwater structure reinforcement and repair construction.
