保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及吸附动力学研究

摘要:以丙烯酸、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为原料,合成PCE-2400、PCE-3100和交联型EGD-PCE-3100保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、电荷密度和总有机碳(TOC)分析仪,对减水剂分子结构和吸附量进行表征。用拟一级和拟二级动力学方程研究减水剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为。结果表明,EGD-PCE-3100、PCE-3100和PCE-2400的吸附过程符合拟一级动力学,EGD-PCE-3100和PCE-3100的饱和吸附量和吸附速率较PCE-2400低。交联型EGD-PCE-3100和PCE-3100具有较好的保坍和施工性能。

Study on synthesis and adsorption kinetics of slump retention polycarboxylic superplasticizer

Abstract:PCE-2400,PCE-3100 and cross-linked EGD-PCE-3100 slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized using hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA),acrylic acid(AA) and isoprenyl oxy poly(ethylene glycol) ether(TPEG) as monomers. The molecular structure and adsorption capacity of the superplasticizer was
characterized by FTIR,GPC,Charge Density and Total Organic Carbon(TOC). The adsorption behavior of superplasticizer on
cement particle surface was studied by pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order model kinetic equations. The results showed that the adsorption process of EGD-PCE-3100,PCE-3100 and PCE-2400 was in accordance with pseudo-first-order adsorption kinetic equation,and the saturated adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of EGD-PCE-3100 and PCE-3100 were lower than that of PCE-2400. The cross-linked EGD-PCE-3100 and PCE-3100 have good collapse and construction performance.
