功能组分对预应力孔道压浆剂工作性能的影响

摘要:研究了减水剂、保水组分、塑性膨胀剂等功能材料对压浆剂性能的影响。试验结果表明:减水剂为孔道压浆材料提供流动度,其用量在不同水泥品种之间存在较大的差异,比表面积大、标准稠度用水量高的水泥,外加剂的掺量范围大、敏感性低;淀粉醚能有效提高浆液的稳定性,且掺量范围适中,其用量为0.10%~0.17%时,浆液的稳定性良好;塑性膨胀剂用量控制在0.33%~0.67%能够保证孔道压浆材料的微膨胀性能。

The influence of functional materials on workability of prestressed duct grouting agent

Abstract:The influence of admixture,water retention agent and plastic expansive agent on performance of grouting agent were studied. The results shows that:admixture provides fluidity for grouting materials,there is a big difference in different cement,the higher cement specific surface area and water requirement of normal consistency,the larger admixture dosage rang and the lower admixture sensitivity. Starch ether can effectively improve the stability of grouting,and the amount is between 0.10% and 0.17%,the stability of grouting is good. The mass percentage of plastic expansive agent between 0.33% and 0.67% can provide slight expansion in grouting materials.
