桥面铺装环氧沥青混合料拌和流变特性研究

摘要:通过室内试验,分析了拌和温度、拌和速率及集料几何特性对环氧沥青混合料拌和流变特性的影响规律;并采用灰关联方法对影响环氧沥青混合料拌和流变特性的集料尺寸、棱角性、形状指数、表面纹理进行显著性分析。结果表明:环氧沥青混合料的扭矩增长受环氧树脂固化性能的影响显著;拌和速率对混合料的拌和扭矩影响显著,低拌和速率下的扭矩值大于高拌和速率下的扭矩。灰关联分析结果表明,集料的粒径及形状指数对混合料的拌和流变特性影响显著,棱角性与表面纹理对混合料的拌和流变特性的影响规律性不显著。

Study on mixing rheological properties of bridge deck pavement epoxy asphalt mixture

Abstract:The influence law of mixing temperature,mixing rate and aggregate geometric characteristics,on the rheological properties of mixing of epoxy asphalt mixture was analyzed by indoor test. The gray correlation method is used to analyze the aggregate size,angularity,shape index and surface texture of the mixed rheological properties of the epoxy asphalt mixture. The results show that the torque increase of the epoxy asphalt mixture was significantly affected by the curing properties of epoxy resin. The mixing rate has a significant effect on the mixing torque of the mixture,and the torque value measured at the low mixing rate is greater than the torque value at the high mixing rate. The results of grey correlation analysis show that the particle size and shape index of the aggregate have a significant influence on the mixing rheological properties of the mixture,and the influence of angularity and surface texture on the mixing rheological properties of the mixture is not significant.
