木塑集成木构墙体隔热性能研究

摘要:为解决当前木塑建筑存在隔热性差的问题,设计了2类结构木塑集成墙体,并对集成墙体的隔热性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:木塑集成墙体采用框剪结构具有较好的稳定性,能充分发挥木塑材料优异性能;木塑集成框剪单层墙和双层墙均具有较好的热工性能,根据GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》,以20 mm厚木塑为墙板、木塑材料为墙骨柱的木塑集成框剪单层墙体的传热系数为0.414 W/(m2·K),符合墙体热工性能Ⅱt级标准,适用于严寒地区、寒冷地区;以50 mm厚木塑为墙板、木塑材料为墙骨柱的木塑集成框剪双层墙体的传热系数为0.207 W/(m2·K),符合墙体热工性能Ⅰt级标准,适用于严寒地区。

Study on thermal insulation property of structural wood wall integrated with wood plastic composite

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor thermal insulation in the current wood-plastic building,two kinds of structural wood wall integrated with wood plastic composite(WPC) were designed. And the thermal insulation performance of the walls
was studied. The results showed that the WPC integrated wall with frame-shear structure had good stability,and the excellent performance of WPC could be fully realized. Wall studs and wall panels were important factors affecting the thermal performance of the walls. Wood plastic materials could meet the thermal performance requirements of the walls. The frame shear single wall and double wall integrated with WPC both had good thermal performance. According to "Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings(GB 50189—2015)",the heat transfer coefficient of the single wall integrated with 20 mm thick WPC wall boards and WPC wall studs was 0.414 W/(m2·K),which could meet the Ⅱt grade of wall thermal standard and was suitable for severe cold areas and cold areas. The heat transfer coefficient of the double wall integrated with 50 mm thick WPC wall panel and WPC wall studs was 0.207 W/(m2·K),which could meet the Ⅰt grade of wall thermal standard and was suitable for severe cold areas.
