对轻质混凝土隔墙板发展方向的思考

摘要:目前市场上的隔墙板存在面密度波动大和强度偏低的问题,一度造成市场抗拒使用隔墙板的局面;而且轻质隔墙板的生产工序较繁琐、养护能耗较高也是制约其进一步发展的主要问题。保证产品质量以及实现绿色低碳生产是提高隔墙板市场竞争力、实现其推广应用的必要条件。通过对目前的轻质混凝土隔墙板生产工艺进行分析,指出改善混凝土的引气工艺、实现低碳的免蒸压养护和使用全再生细骨料取代河砂是我国轻质混凝土隔墙板发展的三个重要方向。

Thoughts on the development direction of lightweight concrete wall board

Abstract:The problem of unstable surface density and lower strength of the lightweight concrete wall board,which caused the market to resist the use of partition panels. In addition,the lightweight concrete wall board production process is complicated and high energy consumption during the concrete curing. Guaranteeing product quality and realizing green and low-carbon production are necessary conditions for improving the market competitiveness of the lightweight concrete wall board and realizing their promotion and application. Through analyzing the current production process of lightweight concrete wall board,and considering that there are three important directions for the development of light concrete wall board:improving the air entrainment process of concrete,achieving low-carbon non-autoclaved curing and replacing the river sand with fully recycled fine aggregate.
