被动式节能混凝土复合外墙的材料优化与性能研

摘要:设计了由防火层、保温层和结构层组成的轻质混凝土复合外墙板,研究了外墙板结构层轻质混凝土的材料配比对坍落度和密度的影响,制作了轻质混凝土外墙板并针对性测试了保温性能。结果表明,水胶比为0.38、砂率为0.47时,轻质混凝土坍落度为120 mm、密度为1849 kg/m3,且不会出现泌水和难搅拌现象,是适宜的轻骨料混凝土配比;轻质保温混凝土外挂板标准试件的热阻为3.42 (m2·K)/W、传热系数为0.29 W/(m2·K),符合节能设计要求,具有良好的保温效果。

Study on material optimization and performance of passive energy-saving concrete composite external wall

Abstract:A lightweight concrete composite exterior wall panel is designed,which is composed of fire-proof layer,thermal insulation layer and structural layer. The influence of the material ratio of the structural layer on the slump and unit weight of the concrete is studied. The lightweight concrete exterior wall panel is manufactured and its thermal insulation performance is tested. The results show that the slump of lightweight concrete is 120 mm and the bulk density is 1849 kg/m3 when the water-binder ratio is 0.38 and the sand ratio is 0.47,and there is no bleeding and difficult mixing,so it is a suitable proportion of lightweight aggregate concrete,the thermal resistance of the standard specimen of lightweight insulation concrete is 3.42 (m2·K)/W,and the heat
transfer coefficient is 0.29 W/(m2·K),which conforms to the energy-saving design,and it has good insulation effect.
