保温隔热材料在围护结构的应用研究

摘要:以寒冷地区太原市某住宅小区节能改造为例,对其围护结构保温特性参数进行了现场测试,该既有建筑改造前与现行节能标准存在较大差异。通过对外墙、屋面进行保温处理,以及外窗类型及窗墙比的选取,对该建筑围护结构进行保温隔热改造,改造后建筑节能耗热量指标为14.88 W/m2,符合太原市居住建筑节能设计标准规定的耗热指标限值15.40 W/m2。为寒冷地区住宅的节能设计提供一定的参考。

Study on application of thermal insulation materials in outer envelope structure

Abstract:Taking a residential district in Taiyuan as an example,the thermal insulation characteristic of envelope structure were tested, but the results did not meet the current energy-saving standards. Through the thermal insulation treatment of the external wall and roof,and the selection of the external window type and window-wall ratio,the building’s outer envelope structure will be thermal insulation modified,the heating load index is 14.88 W/m2 after optimization,while the limit value of the heating load index of Taiyuan is 15.40 W/m2. Thus it meets the energy-saving design standard of residential buildings. The results provide certain reference for the energy-saving design of residential buildings in cold regions.
