地下粮仓内衬胶粘防水PVC水晶板接缝试验研究

摘要：选用PVC水晶板作为地下粮仓内衬胶粘防水材料，其接缝为搭接胶粘方式。通过接缝粘结剪切、剥离试验和工程模拟水压试验，分别对PVC水晶板接缝粘结性能、闭水性能和工程承压能力进行了研究。结果表明，PVC水晶板的胶粘接缝剪切和剥离强度均符合JC/T 863—2011要求，闭水性能良好，接缝处抵御的实际水压力大于0.27 MPa。

Experimental research on adhesive joint of waterproof PVC crystal plates lining in underground granary

Abstract：The PVC crystal plate is selected as the inner lining waterproof material glued in underground granary，which is connected by overlap bonding. The bonding performance，water-retaining performance and engineering pressure-bearing capacity of PVC crystal plate joints were studied，through the joint shearing test，peeling test and engineering simulation test of water pressure respectively. The test results show that the joint shear and peeling performance of PVC crystal plate meets the requirements of the specification，the water-retaining performance of PVC crystal plate is good，and the actual water pressure at the joints is more than 0.27 MPa.
