外加剂对疏浚底泥免烧裹壳骨料抗冻性能的影响

摘要:研究了外加剂对疏浚底泥免烧裹壳骨料(WSLAs)抗冻性能的影响,采用甘油、蔗糖、白乳胶、聚丙烯酰胺4种外加剂对免烧骨料进行裹壳处理制得WSLAs-G、WSLAs-S、WSLAs-W、WSLAs-A。对4种WSLAs的堆积密度、筒压强度、吸水性和抗冻性等性能进行表征与对比分析,并阐述了影响机理。结果表明:蔗糖作为外加剂制备WSLAs,能明显改善骨料壳层结构,提升骨料性能。在强度方面,WSLAs-S最高,其筒压强度可达9.08 MPa。WSLAs-S壳层结构密实、孔隙较少,其1 h吸水率为8.13%,表现出较好的抗冻性能,经30次冻融循环后质量损失率仅为5.69%。

The effect of admixture on the antifreeze performance of unburned wrap shell aggregates prepared
by dredged sediment

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of admixture on the antifreeze performance of unburned wrap shell aggregates(WSLAs) prepared by dredged sediment,WSLAs-G,WSLAs-S,WSLAs-W,and WSLAs-A were prepared by shelling an unburned aggregate with four admixtures:glycerin,sucrose,white latex,and polyacrylamide. Characterize and contrast the packing density,cylinder compressive strength,water absorption and frost resistance of the four types of WSLAs and elaborate the influencing mechanism. The results show that,sucrose used as admixture to prepare WSLAs can significantly improve the outer shell structure of aggregates and improve the performance of WSLAs. In terms of strength,WSLAs-S are superior,and their cylinder compressive strength can reach 9.08 MPa. At the same time,the shell structure of WSLAs-S is denser and less porous. The water absorption rate of 1 h was only 8.13%,and it showed better frost resistance. After 30 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss rate was only 5.69%.
