基于表面活性平台的温拌抗车辙沥青混凝土性能

摘要:通过添加温拌剂和抗车辙剂解决沥青混合料的施工和易性及车辙问题。以裹附率和空隙率分别确定温拌沥青混合料的拌和温度和压实温度,通过室内试验评价温拌剂和抗车辙剂的改性效果。试验结果表明,温拌剂可以使沥青混合料的施工温度降低10~20 ℃的同时不损害沥青混合料的路用性能;RK抗车辙剂能使沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高约3倍。

The performance of warm mix rutting asphalt concrete based on surface active platform

Abstract:By adding warm mix extrusion and anti rutting agent,the construction workability and rutting problem of asphalt mixture are solved. The mixing temperature and compaction temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture were determined respectively by wrapping rate and porosity. The modification effect of warm mix extrusion and rutting resistance was evaluated through laboratory tests. It is concluded that warm mix extrusion can reduce the construction temperature of asphalt mixture about 10~20 ℃,at the same time,it does not damage the road performance of asphalt mixture. RK anti rutting agent can increase the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture by about 3 times.
