分布式光伏支架环氧胶粘结基础抗拔性能试验研

摘要:依托长沙市某分布式屋面光伏发电项目,现场测试了18个环氧树脂工程胶粘结基础的抗拔性能,对基础位移-荷载变化规律进行分析。结果表明,未破坏的粘结基础位移-荷载变化有明显的弹性阶段;粘结基础产生位移时所对应的临界荷载越大,其基础抗拔承载力越高;粘结基础在环氧胶-屋顶面层界面均存在不同程度脱空现象,更易产生应力集中,导致基础破坏。与传统的混凝土支墩基础相比,粘结基础的抗拔承载力更高,但施工工艺要求也较高,以此确保其粘结性能。

Experimental study on the pull-out performance of epoxy resin adhesive bond foundation based on distributed photovoltaic stents

Abstract:Based on a distributed roof photovoltaic power generation project of Changsha,the pull-out performance of 18
epoxy resin adhesive bond foundation was tested at site,the foundation displacement-load change rule was analyzed. The analysis results show that there is an obvious elastic phase of the unpulled adhesive base displacement-load change. The higher the critical load corresponding to the initial displacement of the bond foundation,the higher the foundation pullout bearing capacity. The adhesion foundation in the epoxy resin adhesive-roof surface layer has different degrees of clearance phenomenon,which makes the stress concentration more easily and causes the foundation damage. Compared with the traditional concrete base pier foundation,the pullout bearing capacity of bond foundation is higher but the construction process requirement is also higher to ensure its bond strength.
