高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、封端酰胺磷酸酯为原料,在引发剂及链转移剂的作用下,合成一种高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂(PBT)。试验结果表明,该减水剂能有效解决普通聚羧酸减水剂在新拌混凝土中表现出的坍落度、扩展度损失快等问题,具有良好的分散性和分散保持性。

Study on the synthesis and performance of high slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:In this paper,a new high slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by monomer such as isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and terminated amide phosphate under the action of initiator and chain transfer agent. It is found that this polycarboxylate superplasticize can effectively solve the problems of slump and fast loss of expansion of ordinary polycarboxylic acid water reducer in fresh concrete. It has good dispersity and dispersion retention ability.
