沉管隧道超高性能注浆新材料配制技术研究

摘要:依据沉管隧道基础注浆材料超低强度、高流动以及水下不分散的设计要求,采用低胶凝材料用量、高水胶比、低水泥用量的方法配制满足要求的超高性能注浆新材料,通过分析胶凝材料用量、水胶比、水泥用量以及外加剂种类对注浆材料的工作性能、强度以及水下不分散性能的影响规律,优选出满足沉管隧道基础注浆材料各项性能指标的配合比,提高沉管后期的安全性和可靠性,降低其由于基础不均匀沉降导致的应力集中的风险。

Research on preparation technology of new super high performance material of grouting
in immersed tube tunneling

Abstract:Based on the design requirements for new material in immersed tube tunnel grouting,which were ultra low strength,high fluid and non dispersion under water,new grouting material with super high performance was prepared by using low cementitious material content,high water-binder and low cement content. Through analyzing the influences of cementitious material consumption,water-binder ratio,cement consumption and type of admixtures on workability,strength and non dispersion under water,the mix proportion of new material was optimized and satisfied with performance requirements in immersed tube tunnel grouting. The safety and reliability at the later stage of immersed tube was improved,the risk of the stress concentration caused by uneven settlement of the foundation is reduced.
