矿渣/粉煤灰地聚物灌浆料的强度和抗热震性能研

摘要:将矿粉、粉煤灰和NaOH溶液按比例混合后制成地聚物灌浆料,研究了矿渣和粉煤灰的质量比、NaOH溶液浓度、水胶比对浆体流动性的影响,水胶比和受火温度对灌浆料抗压强度的影响以及550 ℃下灌浆料的抗热震性能。结果表明:浆体流动度随着矿渣掺量的增加先增大后减小,随着NaOH溶液浓度的增大呈下降趋势,随着水胶比的增大而增大。灌浆料表现出良好的抗热震性能,抗压强度随着水胶比的增大而降低,随受火温度的升高,抗压强度先提高后降低,在350 ℃时抗压强度出现峰值。

Study on strength and thermal shock resistance of slag/fly ash geopolymer grout

Abstract:Slag,fly ash and NaOH solution were mixed in proportion to make a geopolymer grouting material. The influences of mass ratio of slag and fly ash,concentration of NaOH solution and water-binder ratio on the fluidity of the slurry,the influence of the water-binder ratio and the temperature of the fire on the compressive strength of the grouting material,and thermal shock resistance of grouting material at 550 ℃ was studied. The results showed that the fluidity of the grouting material first increases and then decreases with the increase of the content of slag,and decreases with the increase of NaOH concentration,and increases with the increase of the water-binder ratio. The grouting material test block showed good thermal shock resistance,and the compressive strength decreased with increasing water-binder ratio,as the temperature of the fire increased,the compressive strength increased first and then decreased,and the peak of the strength appeared at 350 ℃.
