广州地区低温粮仓外墙保温层最佳厚度研究

    摘要:采用全生命周期理论对广州地区低温粮仓外墙保温层最佳厚度进行研究,给出了基于多层外墙非稳态传热模型的保温层厚度优化方法和基于年度等效满冷负荷运行小时数的保温层厚度优化方法,确定了广州地区低温粮仓外墙保温层最佳厚度。结果表明,2种外墙保温层厚度优化方法的计算结果比较接近;不同朝向外墙保温层的节能效益和最佳厚度不同,南向外墙的保温层最佳厚度最小;不同外表面颜色外墙保温层的节能效益和最佳厚度不同,深色外墙保温层最佳厚度最大。

Optimization of insulation thickness for external walls of low temperature granary in Guangzhou region

    Abstract:Optimum insulation thickness of external walls of low temperature granary in Guangzhou region is studied in this study by applying the life-cycle cost analysis method. One optimum method of insulation thickness of external walls of low temperature granary is presented by using the transient heat transfer models of multi-layer wall. Another optimum method of insulation thickness of external walls of low temperature granary is proposed by using the annual equivalent full load cooling hours operation of system. The optimum insulation thickness of external walls of low temperature granary in Guangzhou region is determined. Research results show that the calculation results of the two optimum method are close to each other. The energy-saving benefits and optimal thickness of the external wall insulation layer are different in different orientations,and the smallest thickness appeared in south walls;the energy-saving benefits and the optimal thickness of the external wall insulation layer of different outer surface colors are different,and the biggest thickness appeared in darker external wall insulation layer.
