铝尾矿制备发泡陶瓷组成设计研究

    摘要:以铝矾土尾矿、低品位长石为主要原料,添加轻烧镁粉、SiC微粉分别作为稳泡剂及高温发泡剂制备微孔发泡陶瓷,研究了原材料的组成、SiC掺量以及保温时间、粉磨时间等工艺参数对发泡陶瓷的体积密度、抗压强度、平均孔径及孔径分布等性能的影响。结果表明:以18%铝尾矿、76.5%低品位长石、5.5%轻烧镁粉,外掺0.4%SiC为发泡剂,球磨3 h后在80 min的保温时间下可制备体积密度为0.407 g/cm3,且孔结构良好的发泡陶瓷。

Research on composition design of foam ceramics with bauxite tailing

    Abstract:Foam ceramics were prepared by using bauxite tailing,low grade feldspar as main raw material,SiC as a forming agent,and magnesium oxide as a foam stabilizer.The influences of process parameters such as content of bauxite tailing,foaming agent content,holding time,and milling time on the bulk density,compressive strength,average pore diameter and pore diameter distribution of the foam ceramics were investigated. The results showed that the foamed ceramics with good pore structure and bulk density of 0.407 g/cm3 was prepared by using 18% bauxite tailings,76.5% low grade feldspar,5.5% magnesium oxide,and 0.4% SiC as foaming agent after ball milling for 3 h and holding for 80 min.
