夏热冬冷地区聚苯板外保温系统受损情况调查及相关性分析

    摘要:通过对马鞍山277栋使用聚苯板外保温系统建筑受损的情况进行实地调查,对其建设年代、受损形态、建筑朝向、保温材料、饰面材料等信息进行统计,并采用SPSS软件进行了聚苯板外保温系统受损的相关分析。结果表明:在建筑物4个朝向面受损情况分析中,以东、西立面受损最为突出;EPS型聚苯板外保温系统具有较好的稳定性和耐久性;聚苯板外保温系统受损与东、西、南、北立面朝向及低层、多层、中层等因素有关,其中东、西、南、北立面朝向对聚苯板外保温系统受损的影响最显著。

Investigation and correlation analysis of damage of polystyrene board external insulation system in hot summer and cold winter region

    Abstract:Through field investigation on the damage of 277 buildings using polystyrene board external insulation system in Ma'anshan,statistics on the construction age,damaged form,building orientation,insulation materials,facing materials and other information were conducted,and SPSS software was used to carry out Correlation analysis of damage to polystyrene board external insulation system. The results show that in the analysis of damage to the four facing faces of the building,the damage to the east and west facades is the most prominent;the EPS-type polystyrene board external insulation system has good stability and durability;the relevant analysis results show that the damage to the polystyrene board external insulation system is related to the east,west,south,and north facade orientation and low-rise,multi-layer,middle-level factors,among which the east, west, south, and north facades have the most significant impact to the damage of the polystyrene board external insulation system.
