TiO2包覆空心玻璃微珠的制备及其在隔热涂料中的应用

    摘要:基于核-壳材料设计原理,以无水乙醇为溶剂、钛酸正丁酯为钛源、冰醋酸为螯合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2包覆空心玻璃微珠,探讨了玻璃微珠和水用量、pH值、陈化时间、煅烧温度等反应条件对包覆效果的影响。结果表明:按V(钛酸四丁酯)∶V(无水乙醇)∶V(水)∶V(冰醋酸)∶V(空心玻璃微珠)=10∶60∶5∶3∶10,pH值=3.0~4.0条件制备溶胶,陈化12 h,550 ℃下煅烧3 h,得到了性能较好的TiO2包覆空心玻璃微珠材料。以自制TiO2包覆空心玻璃微珠为主要隔热材料制备了水性隔热涂料,其添加量为4%,涂料涂层厚度为300 μm时,热箱法评估试样板内外表面温差可达15 ℃,具有良好的隔热效果。

Preparation of hollow glass beads containing titanium dioxide and its application in heat-insulted coatings

    Abstract:Based on the principle of designing core-shell materials,hollow glass microspheres coating titanium dioxide(TiO2) were prepared by sol-gel method using anhydrous ethanol as solvent, titanium butyrate as titanium source and glacial acetic acid as chelating agent. The effects of water dosage,pH value,amount of glass beads,aging time and calcination temperature on the coating effect were discussed. Experiments show that gel can be obtained when the volume ratio of tetrabutyl titanate∶absolute ethanol:water∶glacial acetate∶hollow glass beads is 10∶60∶5∶3∶10,pH=3.0~4.0,then hollow glass microspheres coating TiO2 with good properties were prepared after being aged for 12 hours and calcined for 3 hours at 550 ℃. Water-borne thermal insulation coatings were prepared with self-made TiO2 coated hollow glass beads as the main thermal insulation material. When the addition amount of the coatings was 4% and the thickness of the coatings was 300 microns,the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the sample plates could reach 15 ℃ by hot box method,which showing good thermal insulation effect.
