玻化微珠保温板的性能优化试验研究

    摘要:为改善目前市场上玻化微珠保温板干密度大、抗压强度低、保温效果差等缺陷,以粉煤灰掺量(取代水泥)、水泥种类、玻化微珠掺量为变量,通过单因素试验确定保温板的最佳配合比。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量为10%,选用P·O52.5水泥,玻化微珠掺量为194.75 kg/m3,玻化微珠保温板自重较小并且承重能力及保温性能均佳。

Study on performance optimization of glassed bead lightweight insulation board

    Abstract:In order to improve the self-weight,low compressive strength and poor thermal insulation effect of glass bead insulation board on the market(take replacement ratio of fly ash to cement),cement type and glass bead content as variables,and the optimum mix ratio of glass bead insulation board was selected by single factor test method. The results show that when the ratio of fly ash to cement is 10%,P·O52.5 cement is selected and the dosage of vitrified beads is 194.75 kg/m3,,the optimum mix ratio can be obtained. The vitrified beads insulation board under the optimum mix ratio has the characteristics of light weight,strong bearing capacity and good thermal insulation performance.
