阴离子表面活性剂及其与稳泡剂协同作用对泡沫混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:分别选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)2种阴离子表面活性剂为发泡剂,辅以硬脂酸钙为稳泡剂,研究不同阴离子表面活性剂及其与稳泡剂的协同作用对泡沫混凝土物理力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,在试验掺量范围内,随着发泡剂掺量增加,泡沫混凝土的干密度和强度均逐渐减小,吸水率和导热系数增大。相较于LAS,AOS的发泡能力更强,但采用AOS发泡时,泡沫的稳定性较差,引入稳泡剂可使泡沫混凝土内部的气泡尺寸变小,且更加均匀分布,连通孔比例减少,从而提高泡沫混凝土的物理力学性能。

Effects of anionic surfactant and its synergistic effect with foam stabilizer on foam concrete

    Abstract:Two kinds of anionic surfactants,LAS and AOS,were used as foaming agents,and calcium stearate was used as a foam stabilizer to prepare foam concrete. The effects of different anionic surfactants and their synergistic effects with foam stabilizer on the mechanical properties and microstructure of foam concrete were studied. The results show that,the dry density and compressive strength of foamed concrete decreases and the water absorption and thermal conductivity increase with the increase of foaming agent dosage. Compared with LAS,AOS has stronger foaming ability,but the stability of foam is poor. The introduction of foam stabilizer can make the bubble size inside foam concrete smaller and evenly distributed. Besides,the proportion of connected pores is also reduced by addition of foam stabilizer so that the mechanical properties of foam concrete are more excellent.
