棉纤维对保温材料性能的影响

    摘要:研究了纺织材料棉纤维掺量对挤塑泡沫板、聚氨酯泡沫板、聚苯泡沫板、橡塑泡沫板、泡沫混凝土板5种建筑保温材料导热系数和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着棉纤维掺量的增加,5种保温材料的导热系数均减小,抗压强度先提高后降低。综合试验结果,在挤塑泡沫板、聚氨酯泡沫板、聚苯泡沫板、橡塑泡沫板、泡沫混凝土板中棉纤维的最佳掺量分别为6%、8%、10%、10%、6%。

Effects of cotton fiber on properties of thermal insulation materials

    Abstract:The effects of textile cotton fiber content on thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of extruded foam board,polyurethane foam board,polystyrene foam board,rubber-plastic foam board,and foam concrete board were investigated. The results show that with the increase of cotton fiber content,the thermal conductivity of the five thermal insulation materials decreases,and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases. Comprehensive test results show that the optimal blending amounts of cotton fibers in extruded foam board,polyurethane foam board,polystyrene foam board,rubber-plastic foam board and foam concrete board are 6%,8%,10%,10%,and 6% respectively.
