聚合物乳液改性乳化沥青防水涂料的制备及其性能测试

摘要：利用聚合物乳液改性乳化沥青制备防水涂料，讨论了聚合物乳液、乳化沥青、重钙细度的选择，并研究了乳液及乳化沥青用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明，EM-6122乳液用量30%，乳化沥青1用量35%，325目重钙用量30%时，制备的防水涂料涂膜断裂延伸率为1050%，粘结强度为1.4 MPa。

Preparation and performance test of polymer modified emulsified asphalt waterproofing membrane

Abstract：Polymer emulsion modified emulsified asphalt was used to prepare liquid waterproofing membrane，the selection of Polymer emulsion，emulsified asphalt and heavy calcium were discussed，and the influence of the amount of emulsion and emulsified asphalt on the performance of paint film was determined. The results showed that the breaking elongation of the film was 1050% and the bond strength was 1.4 MPa，when EM-6122 emulsion was added 30%，emulsified asphalt 1 was added 35% and 325 mesh heavy calcium was added 30% .
