粘度改性材料在C60超高层泵送混凝土中的应用研究

    摘要:掺入粘度改性材料配制C60超高层泵送混凝土,研究了粘度改性材料掺量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:C60超高层泵送混凝土中掺入粘度改性材料能够提高拌合物的流动性,减少1 h经时损失和倒桶排空时间,降低混凝土的压力泌水率和离析率;掺入粘度改性材料对混凝土力学强度基本无影响;粘度改性材料能够提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,降低干燥收缩率。

Applied research of viscosity-modified material in C60 super high-rise pumping concrete

    Abstract:C60 super high-rise pumping concrete was prepared with viscosity-modified materials,the influence of viscosity-modified materials on working performance,mechanical performance and durability of the concrete was researched. Results show that the C60 super high-rise pumping concrete blended with viscosity-modified materials can improve the flow performance of the concrete,reduce slump and extension loss by 1 h and reduce pressure bleeding rate and segregation rate of the concrete. The addition of viscosity-modified materials has no effect on the mechanical strength of the concrete. The viscosity-modified material can improve the anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete and reduce the dry shrinkage.
