蓄盐集料对融冰化雪沥青路面性能的影响研究

    摘要:针对融冰雪蓄盐路面材料盐分释放速度快、融冰化雪使用年限短等问题,将NaCl与火山灰一起经高温煅烧对NaCl进行缓释处理,并加入到菱镁水泥中,制备菱镁水泥蓄盐集料,对材料的压碎值、浸水电导率及混合料的路用性能进行测试。结果表明,当NaCl-火山灰缓释材料掺量为菱镁水泥质量的10%时,菱镁水泥蓄盐集料的压碎值最小;菱镁水泥蓄盐集料的浸水电导率随时间变化缓慢,具有较好的缓释性能;将菱镁水泥蓄盐集料等体积替代AC-13C型沥青混合料级配粒径4.75 mm以下部分时,沥青混合料的浸水马歇尔残留稳定度随其掺量的增加而降低,动稳定度逐渐增大,菱镁水泥蓄盐集料体积掺量为10%时,沥青混合料的性能最佳。

Effect of salt storage material on performance of melting snow asphalt pavement material

    Abstract:In order to solve the problems of rapid release of salt and short service life of snow-melting salt storage pavement materials,NaCl and volcanic ash are calcined together at high temperature for slow release treatment of NaCl. Slow-release materi-
als were added to magnesite cement to produce new snow-melting aggregates. The crushing value,water immersion conductivity and the pavement performance of the pavement material were tested. The results show that,when the mass ratio of NaCl-pozzolanic composite material to magnesite cement was 10%,the crushing value of magnesite cement macadam was the smallest;the water immersion conductivity of magnesite cement aggregate changes slowly with time,has better slow-release performance,when the portion of AC-13C asphalt mixture with gradation size less than 4.75 mm was replaced by new ice-melting and snow-melting material with equal volume,with the increase of the content of the material,the residual stability of immersed Marshall of asphalt mixture reduces,and the dynamic stability increases gradually. The asphalt mixture performance was the best when the volume fraction was 10%.
