纳米复合颜料对环氧富锌涂料性能的影响

    摘要:以环氧富锌防锈涂料为基础,以不同比例的防锈颜料磷酸锌或自制纳米复合防锈颜料替代部分锌粉,制备不同的改性带锈涂料,并进行性能对比。试验结果表明,以5%自制纳米复合防锈颜料等量替代锌粉,可明显提高防锈涂料的物理性能和防腐性能。带锈涂料施工方便且环保性良好。

Influence of nanometer pigment on property of epoxy zinc-rich paint

    Abstract:Based on epoxy zinc-rich antirust coatings,different proportions of zinc powder were replaced with zinc phosphate antirust pigment or homemade nano-composite antirust pigment in different proportions,and various modified antirust paints were prepared and compared in performance. The results showed that paint with 5% homemade nano-composite antirust pigment could significantly improve both mechanical properties and corrosion resistant properties effectively. The paint is easy to apply and has good environmental protection performance.
