新型缓释型固体聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

摘要:采用本体聚合法,以异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯基醚、丙烯酸及富马酸双甲酯为原材料,在过氧化苯甲酰催化作用下,于70 ℃进行三元共聚,制得一种新颖的缓释型固体聚羧酸减水剂PC-HS。试验结果表明,该减水剂合成工艺简单,混凝土分散性及缓释效果良好,混凝土28 d抗压强度比高达到150%,适合工业化生产与应用。

Research on the preparation and performance of a novel solid slow-releasing polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:In this paper,isobutenol polyoxyvinyl ether,acrylic acid and fumarate dimethyl ester are used as raw materials to prepare a solid slow-releasing polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC-HS by triplet copolymerization at 70 ℃ under the catalytic action of benzoyl peroxide. It is found that the method of bulk polymerization is simple,the dispersivity and the slow-releasing effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer are excellent,and the compressive strength of concrete at 28 days is as high as 150%,which is suitable for industrial production and application.
