钢渣表面改性对沥青混合料疲劳耐久性的影响

    摘要:为了提高水和荷载共同作用下钢渣沥青混合料的疲劳耐久性,采用水泥净浆对钢渣表面进行改性,对比研究了改性前后钢渣沥青混合料浸水后的疲劳性能,并通过浸出离子析出测试,分析了表面改性对沥青混合料疲劳耐久性改善的机理。结果表明,经表面改性后,钢渣的密度、吸水率、压碎值和磨耗值降低,当改性层水灰比为0.3时,各项指标较优;浸水5 d内,钢渣沥青混合料的疲劳寿命比普通沥青混合料延长,而当浸水时间超过5 d时,钢渣沥青混合料的疲劳寿命反而比普通沥青混合料低,相比于普通沥青混合料和未改性钢渣沥青混合料,改性钢渣混合料的疲劳耐久性最佳;相比于未改性钢渣沥青混合料,改性钢渣沥青混合料浸水后析出的Ca2+和Al3+浓度更大,Si4+和Mg2+浓度更小。

Effect of surface modification of steel slag on fatigue durability of asphalt mixture

    Abstract:In order to improve the fatigue durability of slag asphalt mixture under the combined action of water and load,this paper tests the surface of slag particles with cement paste,and compares the fatigue durability of common asphalt mixture and the slag asphalt mixture before and after modification. The improvement mechanism of the surface modification on the fatigue durability of the asphalt mixture is analyzed by ion precipitation test. The results show that the density,water absorption,crushing value and wear value of the slag are reduced after surface modification. When the water-cement ratio of the modified layer is 0.3,the indexes are optimal,within 5 days of immersion,the fatigue life of the slag asphalt mixture is greater than that of the ordinary asphalt mixture. When the water immersion time exceeds 5 d,the fatigue life of slag asphalt mixture is lower than that of ordinary asphalt mixture. Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture and unmodified slag asphalt mixture,the fatigue durability of modified slag mixture is the best. The concentration of Ca2+ and Al3+ precipitated after the modified asphalt mixture immersed in water was bigger,and the concentration of Si4+ and Mg2+ was smaller.
