添加废旧食用油预拌增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能研究

摘要：基于室内试验研究了废旧食用油预拌增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能。结果表明，预拌增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能与疲劳性能均明显优于普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料；随着废旧食用油掺量增加，废旧食用油预拌增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能和抗永久变形性能呈先增大后减小，当废旧食用油掺量为1.5%时，路用性能达到最佳。废旧食用油通过溶解、软化老化沥青使乳化沥青砂浆与RAPM界面粘结更稳定，提高预拌增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能。

Research on performance of waste cooking oil ready-mixed-enhanced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture

Abstract：Based on laboratory tests，the properties of waste cooking oil ready-mixed-enhanced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture were studied comprehensively Results show that the road performance and fatigue characteristics of the ready-mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture were significantly better than those of the ordinary emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. With the increase of the amount of waste cooking oil，the road performance and anti-permanent deformation performance of the ready-mixed-enhanced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture are first increased and then reduced. The road performance is optimal when the consumption of waste cooking oil is about 1.5%. The waste cooking oil dissolves and softens the aged asphalt to make the emulsified asphalt mortar and the RAPM interface more stable，and the waste cooking oil ready-mixed-enhanced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has better technical superiority.
