循环流化床固硫灰与磨细灰渣用作混凝土掺合料的关键技术研究

    摘要:研究了循环流化床固硫灰及磨细灰渣对水泥净浆及对混凝土性能的影响,探究了其作为混凝土掺合料的可行性。结果表明,随着固硫灰掺量的增加,水泥净浆流动度及混凝土的流动性明显降低,而磨细灰渣的影响不大;固硫灰、磨细灰渣有利于混凝土抗压强度的提高,且固硫灰对强度的提高效果更显著。为了提升固硫灰与磨细灰渣混凝土的工作性能,研发了固硫灰、磨细灰渣专用外加剂,可有效改善混凝土工作性能不良的问题。可利用安定性合格的固硫灰及磨细灰渣制备符合要求的C20~C50混凝土。

Study on key technology of circulating fluidized bed solid sulfur ash and ground ash used as concrete admixture

    Abstract:This artical investigated  the effects of sulphur-fixing ash and ground slag on the performance of cement slurry and concrete performance in a circulating fluidized bed,and its feasibility as a concrete admixture was explored. The results show that with the increase of solid sulfur ash,the cement slurry fluidity and the concrete fluidity are significantly reduced,and the impact of the ground slag is not large,the solid sulfur ash and the ground slag are conducive to the improvement of the compressive strength of the concrete,and the impravement effect of solid sulfur ash is more significant. In order to improve the working performance of ground slag and solid sulfur ash concrete,special additives have been developed,which can effectively improve the problem of poor working performance of concrete. Solid sulfur ash and ground ash with qualified stability can be used to prepara C20~C50 concrete that meet the requirements.
