大掺量矿渣蒸压加气混凝土微观形貌及强度研究

    摘要:以水泥、矿渣粉、粉煤灰为三因素设计L9(34)正交试验,研究不同养护制度下大掺量矿渣加气混凝土水化产物的微观形貌与强度之间的关系。试验结果表明:标准养护条件下生成少量小片状的Ca(OH)2和零星团簇状双碱C-S-H凝胶,分布不均匀,填充性差,存在连通孔;蒸汽养护条件下生成少量针状的C-S-H凝胶和片状托勃莫来石,结构较为疏松;蒸压条件下生成的C-S-H与托勃莫来石层包裹于孔外壁,孔内有托勃莫来石层支撑,将孔形成“零密度”的“骨料”,如中空的“刚性球”,具有均分应力的作用,宏观表现为制品的强度较高。

The analysis of microstructure and strength mechanism of autoclaved aerated concrete with  a large quantity of slag addition

    Abstract:Taking the cement,slag powder and fly ash as the three factors,the L9(34) orthogonal test is designed,which ex-
plores the relationship between the microstructure and strength mechanism of hydration products of aerated concrete with a large quantity of slag addition under different curing systems. The test results show that:A small amount of patchy Ca(OH)2 and sporadic
cluster-like double alkali  C-S-H gels were produced under standard curing condition,with uneven distribution,poor filling and connected pores. A small amount of spicelike C-S-H gel and flaky tobermorites were formed under steam curing condition,and the structure is relatively loose. C-S-H and tobermorites layer generated under autoclaved curing condition are spreading on the exterior wall of the pores,and inside the pores there exist tobermorites as some support,which makes the pores into "zero density" "aggregate",equal to the hollow "rigid ball",with the function of distributing stress evenly,and leading to the results that the strength of the product is high in terms of the macroscopic performance.
